Q: Do I have to dispose of my private property within six months of buying a non-subsidised HDB flat? Can I still retain my private property if it is overseas? - HDB

  • A:
  • As concurrent ownership of residential properties during the Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) is not allowed, you will have to dispose of your private property within six months of the effective date of purchase of your non-subsidised flat. This applies to private residential properties located in Singapore or overseas.
